SHIPPING
Typically within 10 days from order date (counting business days only) is our regular shipping time frame for all orders. All orders are custom made as ordered and produced in-house in order to keep our top tier quality in tact. There are times that varied delays may occur regarding overall workload, holidays, etc. Any replacement tees or hoodies due to a misprint or mistake shipment on our end typically are shipped out within an 10 business days at current moment.
Currently, we do not offer expedited production of any sort. Any shipping method selected by the customer at checkout is for when production of their order is completed, and dropped off to the post office. Their selected shipping method is solely related to how fast the post office will handle the shipment of their completed order once they scan it in. If our offered “priority” or “expedited” shipping method is selected at checkout, that is also solely related to how fast the post office will handle your shipment once you receive tracking information from us. That’ll be sent to you via email or text, depending on what information you entered at checkout.
A purchase of any of our products is your complete acknowledgement of our 'within three weeks from your order date (counting business days only)' production-to-shipment timeframe.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind due to the limited and custom nature of our products. All items we offer are custom and made-to-order items.
Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!
We are unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order.

Abstract Innovation is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again and have no control whatsoever. Abstract Innovation is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. If your package's tracking information shows 'delivered' status but you haven't received anything and it's been over 24 hours, USPS recommends reaching out to them to submit a service request at:

Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our team does not work on these days. Any holiday delays, if any ever occur, will be made aware to you all via our Instagram page (@TheAbstractBrand).
We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays! Thank you for your support, it is truly appreciated.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Any order cancellation, order modification (size changes, etc) must to be requested to us within 24 hours of your purchase, otherwise we cannot accommodate as we begin our production process at that point. We will have paid out manufacturing and production costs for your order at that point and those cannot be reversed. Any order cancellation or order modification request must be sent only to our support@theabstractbrand.com email address. Any messages of the sort that are sent to our social media pages or direct messages will not be seen or acknowledged.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays. In addition, other potentially hindering circumstances are beyond our control (i.e COVID-19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)
Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with their purchase.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unfortunately, Abstract Innovation is not able to make any changes to your shipping address once your order is placed.
INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTRY
Abstract Innovation is not responsible for packages that are incorrectly delivered or go missing due to an incorrect shipping address or recipient (provided by buyer upon order). It is fully the customer's responsibility to enter the proper address, with both a valid recipient and unit number, if there is more than one resident to a building.
